Organic Sourdough Crumpets
We are truely obsessed with the pursuit of the perfect crumpet. Notoriously difficult to make, we take it one step further and produce 100% true organic sourdough crumpets, this means no instant yeast and no shortcuts. Our crumpet batter undergoes a long slow fermentation, giving them a lovely mild sour flavour, a tender structure, and a lovely crisp bum.
Ingredients; Water, White Bakers Flour, Wholemeal Flour, Spelt Flour, Sugar, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Ghee.
Allergies: Contains Gluten
Vegan Crumpets: Our vegan crumpets are similar in flavour to our regular crumpets, but are cooked on a little coconut oil, rather than ghee.

Lemon Myrtle; Traditional handmade lemon curd, imbued with Australian lemon myrtle leaves.
We make it the real way without any artificial flavourings, palm oils or cheap fillers.

Passionfruit; Tradition handmade passionfruit curd using only the essential ingredients and no shortcuts. Velvety texture, tart, sweet and without the seeds, just the way you like it.

Honeycomb Macadamia Butter
Roast Macadamia Honeycomb Butter; Handmade macadamia honeycomb, crushed and then lovingly folded through whipped butter.
These 200g logs are rolled by hand and slice into wonderful little discs to melt onto your freshly toasted crumpet.
Affectionally known as “crumpet crack” this stuff is highly addictive. You have been warned.

Are they vegan?
The only animal product in the crumpets is ghee used to crisp them.
We sell VEGAN crumpets wholesale, you can get your local stockist to pre order vegan for you.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Our 6 packs are fully recyclable. The window is PET and is to be torn out and placed in your plastic recycling while the box itself is FSC rated cardboard and goes in your paper recycling.
What is the best way to toast them?
1.Air fryer (our favourite)
2.Toasted over coals (our other favourite)
3.Domestic toaster
4.Sandwhich press (try not to squash)

Can you do home delivery?
We no longer do home delivery, please ask your closest stockist if they can pre order you in a box to ensure you don’t miss out.
How long can they be stored?
Our crumpets are best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days. They should be stored in the fridge during summer months to prevent mould. They may be frozen in a well sealed container
Can you freeze them?
We strongly recommend not to freeze them as they loose their fluffy texture however yes they can for up to 4 weeks.
